IAEA?s Director General Yukiya Amano said at the agency?s council meeting that satellite images showed massive construction works underway in Parchin, including large soil extraction.
He expressed concern that these activities could hinder an IAEA inspection and voiced his regret over the impasse that exists in the dialogue with Tehran on its nuclear program and military research that it allegedly covers up.
Yukiya Amano reminded that the next nuclear talks with Iran were slated for December 13 in Tehran.
